What is the cost of shipping?

FREE domestic and international standard shipping to all customers, we also offer DHL express option for extra.

How soon can I receive my order?

All orders need 1-2 business days to process before we can ship it out from our workshop. Total delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose, please find following details of estimated shipping time.

Standard Shipping (Free shipping)

To the United States:                Around 10 business days

To the other countries:              Around 15 business days

Express Shipping (Extra shipping cost)

To the United States:                Around 3 business days

To the other countries:              Around 5 business days

Already passed the estimated shipping time, where is my order?

Shipment delay happens rarely due to random customs inspections or irresistible circumstances. If you have not received your order within the mentioned estimated shipping time, please send us a message.

Do I get a tracking#?

We will provide tracking# to all orders that are above $20USD.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Absolutely! We value all our shoppers; we want to give you peace of mind when shopping with us. Within 14 days after receiving your order, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply send us a message, our staff will guide you through the exchange or return procedures.

Terms and conditions:
  • We will be responsible for shipping charges in a result of any problem that relates to product quality issues.
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping charges when returning/exchanging products that are not related to quality issues.
  • Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the received date.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent, including all accessories, packaging materials, inserts and manuals etc. (Incomplete return will subject to a 15% restocking fee).
  • Returns/exchanges may take up to 15 business days to process.
